Every great pizza needs the best dough.
Ours is so good it’s been around for over 150 years.
We take our ancestral sourdough starter, add locally sourced flour and then give it three days to ferment for full flavor.
Endwell’s pizza and Italian dishes are flavored with a New York attitude and a Missouri sensibility. The centerpiece of our menu is our 12” Brooklyn style pizza and our 18” NY Style pie. We also feature exciting pizzas such as the Roman staple “pizza alla pala” (pizza of the peel) and “pizza al taglio” (focaccia pizza).
Our seasonally driven menu changes daily and is peppered with familiar Italian favorites as well as hidden gems like the chargrilled marinated meats called “spiedies”, a dish re-born in Endwell, NY.
Taverna
Located at 107 N. 9th St in a historic downtown Columbia building that was constructed in 1901. Originally built as Columbia’s First City Hall, it also was once the city firehouse and even housed the jail.
Our Italian cuisine is matched by our immersive bar program including a curated wine list, local beers and a full cocktail bar. Our bar menu highlights Italian classics, familiar favorites, and our own carefully crafted concoctions.
We offer the finest Italian spirits and provide an opportunity to explore the world of Amaro with our extensive collection.
