A Love of Pizza

Endwell Taverna, a new and exciting collaboration between NYC Chef Ted Cianciosi and Bryan Maness (Chef/Owner Ozark Mountain Biscuit Company), has begun construction at 107 N. 9th street in downtown Columbia and plans to open in the spring of 2024.

The inspiration for Endwell Taverna began over three generations ago when the Cianciosi family left the hills of Abruzzo, Italy for the United States. They landed in a New York community of other striving Italian-Americans finding ways to fit their traditional family recipes onto the American dinner table. That food included pan-baked pizzas, zingy pastas and the Italian take on BBQ known as spiedies - marinated meats charcoal grilled on fresh Italian bread. The little hamlet they settled in was called Endwell.

At the end of the day our doors are always open. Beyond our tasty pizza and refreshing libations, Endwell is proud to offer a destination for anyone looking to end their day right. Spending time in the landmark building that houses the Taverna, one can expect to explore our ever-changing food and drink menu while running into familiar faces. In addition to a quick, deli-style lunch service, the Taverna doors will be open late to ensure your night, you know, ends well.
